The Weeknd Finally Announces New LP "After Hours" With Teaser Video

The Weeknd finally announced his next album on Thursday, revealing in a video teaser that the LP's title is After Hours. "Album title" the artist captioned the 48-second clip, which seems to show him driving a convertible through a city at night before the words "After Hours" appear on the screen amid several streaks of lightning. Consequence of Sound notes that, according to a press release, After Hours will include The Weeknd's recent singles "Heartless" and "Blinding Lights." While a firm release date still hasn't been revealed, the project is reportedly "coming soon." After Hours will be The Weeknd's first LP since 2016's Starboy.
