Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" Video Shoot Shut Down Over Lack of Permits
February 26, 2019
It's safe to say this scenario is the opposite of hot. Last week, the video shoot for Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" was shut down by LAPD, after it emerged that the rapper and film crew didn't have the right permits to film in a Hollywood Hills house. The shutdown was a particular drag because someone called the cops on them--in other words, the shoot would've been fine otherwise--and Megan and her video guests, Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla Sign, were all ready to go to film their parts. Luckily, the crew was able to find another location in Chino Hills, California, and finished the video that same night without too much delay.
