February 20, 2019
ASAP Rocky has issued his first statement since a Swedish judge found him guilty of assault. "I am of course disappointed by today's verdict," he posted on Instagram on Wednesday, along with a photo of him drinking coffee. "I want to say thanks again to all of my fans, friends, and everyone who showed me love during this difficult time." The rapper also noted he was going to "keep moving forward" and expressed thanks for "my team, my management, attorneys, label and everyone who advocated for justice." Although Rocky and two associates were found guilty, they won't be serving any more jail time.
